ABOUT THE ROLE:
Full Time Position, Product demonstration & Quoting premium Outdoor blinds and awnings,
Admin support
The role would suit a highly enthusiastic females with with a “can do” attitude.
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Visit customers, demonstrate products, and prepare formal quotations
• Follow up of customer quotes
• Process customer sales orders for production processing
• Answer sales inquiries over phone and emails
• Monitoring / following up debtors
• Maintain relationship with customers
• Assist admin team with general office management and administrative duties
SKILLS and EXPERIENCE:
• Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service
• Motivated responsible personnel to drive important function of business
• Previous experience in similar position
• Able to develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers
• Administrative & Coordinating skills
• Computer skills of key Microsoft Office applications

ABOUT THE ROLE:

An exciting sales opportunity has become available for a Sales Representative to provide
measures & quotes around the Newcastle/ Lower Hunter Valley areas.
The role would suit a highly enthusiastic and driven person with a “can do” attitude & Sales
Experience.
Competitive salary + company vehicle + commissions.
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Prepare accurate formal quotations
2. Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service
3. Operation of power tools and accurate measuring
4. Time management and good communication essential
5. Processing customer sales orders
6. Follow up of customer quotes
7. Maintain and update/or notify office of changes to customer details
8. Provide back up and support for any position within the factory when required
(subject to relevant skills and knowledge of the role)
9. Reliable and punctual
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
1. Blind and awning fitting experience desirable
2. Carpentry skills desirable
3. Past blind industry knowledge desirable
4. Experience in developing and maintaining relationships with existing and new
customers
5. Professional personal presentation
6. Self-motivated and ambitious.
